Announcement Concerning the Transfer of Shares of SII NanoTechnology Inc.
Seiko Instruments Inc. (SII), the parent company of SII NanoTechnology Inc. (SII NanoTech), announced on May 24th that it has reached a basic agreement with Hitachi High-Technologies Corporation (TSE: 8036, Hitachi High-Tech) to transfer all of the shares of SII NanoTech to Hitachi High-Tech.
