Hitachi High-Tech Science Environmental Activities
We set an environmental policy and implement an environmental management plan to engage in environmental activities toward the development of a sustainable society that is in harmony with the environment as set in CSR policy of Hitachi High-Tech Group. For conservation of the global environment, we have achieved energy savings, resource savings, proper waste treatment, resources recycling, as well as developing, manufacturing, and promoting environmentally friendly products that reduce environmental loads throughout all areas of our business.
In addition, all of our major domestic bases have obtained ISO 14001 which is an international standard of environmental management system, and we carry it out to continue to make an improvement on our environmental activities.
